The Order and Buying Process

All our products are handmade by a team of wonderful ceramicists based overseas. Once the products have been created and sent to us, they are then packed and shipped from our base in the Cotswolds.

In order to best manage our stock levels, we work on a pre-order basis with a set amount of units being delivered to us at various points throughout the year.

Some products on the website are therefore only available to purchase on a pre-order basis, and will be listed as such in the individual product description. Please note that for these pre-orders, there can be anything from a 1-3 month leadtime between placing your order and receiving your product, depending on global shipment schedules.

We will always keep you updated on the progress of your order, but please note that the majority of these orders will not be received until approximately three months after their purchase.

Once the shipment from our ceramicists arrives at our warehouse, there may be some stock left over following the pre-order process. If this is the case, then these products will be listed on our website as available and in stock now, indicated by the 'add to cart' button. If you buy a product listed in this way, then these will be sent out within 1 week of you placing your order.
