SOLSTICE Winter Workshop - SOLD OUT
Introducing our fourth SOLSTICE workshop… Winter.
Taking place in January 2025 with intentionally clean slates and refreshed creativity, this is a GAIA event with a difference!
Join us at No. 131 in Cheltenham for an exclusive panel lead brunch and coffee morning with three respected industry guests, as we lift the lid on the secrets to success for booking the weddings, events and clients of your dreams.
Harnessing a collective energy of self-improvement and motivation, the aim of the workshop is to bring together floral designers and industry professionals in an open and candid setting, offering you a platform to learn, share and talk about your business aspirations. Following our delicious brunch, we'll host a no holes barred honest discussion with our panellists; with unique expertise in each of their respective areas, they will reveal:-
· The key elements that they always look for when choosing floral designers
· How they work with their clients to search, find and book their ideal floral designers
· How to deliver better responses to brief, in order to truly get to the heart of what your clients want and deliver work of which you can feel proud
· The different and varied nuances of working at specific venues, including how to make it onto approved venue lists and troubleshoot familiar challenges
· The ways in which you can adapt, change and scale your business to book more planner weddings
…as well as so much more. However big or small your dreams may be, our hope is that this workshop will encourage you to approach your strategy for working with venues and planners with renewed vigour for the year ahead; taking action towards establishing the new relationships that can help you achieve your goals.
The workshop will be led by our founders; Jen from Liberty Lane Flowers, an experienced wedding and event florist working across the UK and Europe, and Jess, a creative marketeer and former wedding floristry business owner. Jen and Jess will also be joined by the following guests, who will together form the industry panel leading our discussion:-
